- Last year we paid a visit to Ted at Coldwater Pond Nursery and were so impressed with his range and quality of trees and shrubs, that we knew we had to pay him a visit again to round out some more trees and shrubs in the landscape. We took a walk-through to see what was new.

So cool! Would love to see a tour/planting video of the species you chose for Flock in their new home!
I love it when you do nursery tours like this one!💛🤗💛
Ted seems like the nicest guy. Beautiful nursery.
Amazing that Sander can walk backwards in there without falling on his bum.🌸💚🙃
That was a really nice tour. Thank you.
Just wanted to note I have both a traditional lilac and a small leaf lilac in my yard, if you enjoy a few blooms in a vase to fill your home with scent, the small leaf lilac does not have any vase life where traditional seem to last usually 2 days the small leaf is completely wilted before the day is done. Also it may be just because it was left to do its own thing and had a buckthorn taking it over but the stems are not the strongest and it is constantly loaded with sucker shoots (water shoots)
Wife and I bought three Clethra alnifolia 'Ruby Spice' at a local nursery yesterday. We're excited to plant them along our back yard shrub border
This is so cool. We love Ted, he is so knowledgeable and has such a wonderful collection. We visited him a few weeks before your visit!
I am always looking for plant suggestions so I really appreciate you garden videos.
Native roses! I didn’t know any nursery grew them. Good for you. 👍🏼
He's definitely been getting into more and more of our native plants.
PraIrie Moon Nursery sells native roses too
The Keira japonica is amazing I want one
My fave hobby. Thanks for this. My heart is full.
So interesting. What a collection of plants.
26:23 Anyone happen to know the weeping tree behind Ted and Summer? I love the shape, foliage, and dappled shade its giving.
It's a weeping katsura
I just saw these guys at gardenfest! They have such beautiful shrubs.
I'd appreciate a video on native NY ground covers.

@@FlockFingerLakes thank you so much
what is the name of the plant you mentioned that is rare?
Does anyone know what tree this is at 20:48? Looks like a chestnut but those blooms are crazy!!
Aesculus spp. (buckeye or horse chestnut it's commonly called)
Bit too many exotics
